1. Service Agreement
By engaging Fast Send Logistics for freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, or any other logistics service, you agree to these Terms of Service. All services are subject to availability and regulatory compliance requirements.
2. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on actual weight, dimensions, customs duties, and additional services requested. Payment terms are net 14 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
3. Liability and Insurance
Fast Send Logistics maintains comprehensive cargo insurance. Liability is limited to the declared value of goods or the applicable international convention limits (CMR, Warsaw/Montreal, Hague-Visby), whichever is lower. High-value shipments require declared value coverage.
4. Prohibited Items
We do not transport illegal goods, hazardous materials without proper documentation, weapons, narcotics, or counterfeit items. Precious metals require proper documentation and compliance with Bank of Ghana regulations.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Accra under the rules of the Ghana Arbitration Centre.
