1. Service Coverage
Fast Send Logistics provides shipping services from Ghana to over 50 countries worldwide. Our primary air hub is Kotoka International Airport (ACC), and our primary sea port is Tema Port. We also offer domestic and regional road freight across West Africa.
2. Transit Times
Air Freight: 2-5 business days to major global hubs.
Sea Freight (FCL): 14-35 days depending on destination.
Sea Freight (LCL): 21-45 days depending on consolidation schedule.
Regional Road: 2-7 days within ECOWAS region.
Door-to-Door: Add 1-3 days for pickup and final delivery.
3. Packaging Requirements
All shipments must be properly packaged to withstand international transport. We offer professional packaging services for fragile and high-value items. Precious metals require certified tamper-evident packaging which we provide as part of our specialty service.
4. Tracking and Updates
All shipments receive a unique tracking number in the format FSL-GH-YYYY-XXXX. Track your shipment in real-time through our website or receive automated email/SMS updates at key milestones.
5. Claims and Disputes
Claims for loss or damage must be filed within 14 days of delivery. All claims require supporting documentation including photos, invoices, and the original tracking number. We aim to resolve all claims within 30 days.
